Job Description:
The Talent Operations Specialist will support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition (TA) systems and recruiting processes. The role will partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, HR, People Operations, and People Analytics teams to resolve system issues, manage operational requests, improve workflows, and support end users.
The position requires hands-on experience administering Workday, Beamery, BrightHire, or similar HRIS/HR technology platforms, along with strong Excel, troubleshooting, process management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid; onsite a few times per month as required
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Talent Acquisition systems and applications.
- Manage and resolve inbound HR technology requests through ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot system and process issues and coordinate escalations when required.
- Support recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and other end users with system transactions.
- Improve recruiting workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency.
- Conduct system/data audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
- Conduct system and process training sessions, workshops, and office hours.
- Support HR and Talent Acquisition projects and track deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and automation to improve workflows.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HRIS, HR Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience administering Workday, Beamery, BrightHire, or similar HR ERP/HRIS platforms.
- Experience supporting recruiting/Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
- Experience with system troubleshooting, audits, and end-user support.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/case-management platforms preferred.
- HR technology implementation or enhancement experience is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional/global teams.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Preferred fields: HR, Business, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
