    A growing Manufacturing Company is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support its Talent team with employee onboarding, internal communications, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day coordination.

    The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring employees receive a positive and professional experience. This role requires someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to details, and consistently follows through on tasks and commitments.



    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate employee onboarding and new-hire orientation.
    • Help ensure new employees have a smooth and welcoming introduction to the organization.
    • Support the planning and execution of talent programs and employee initiatives.
    • Assist with employee communications and internal announcements.
    • Coordinate employee engagement and recognition activities.
    • Track outstanding tasks and follow up with employees and internal teams.
    • Maintain organized employee and talent-related records.
    • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination.
    • Work closely with the Talent team to ensure initiatives are completed accurately and on time.
    • Help improve the overall employee experience through consistent communication and support.


    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in HR, talent coordination, onboarding, or a related administrative role preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with employees.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive, responsible, and dependable.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
    • Comfortable handling employee-related information professionally and confidentially.


    Location: Newark, NJ

    Type: Full time, in office

    Salary: $65,000–$85,000/year

    Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM. Friday, 8 AM–12 PM in winter and 8 AM–1 PM in summer.
