We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Recruiter to support the rapid growth of our retail organization. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring high volumes of Sales Associates and Store Managers across multiple locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct high-volume phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for Sales Associate and Store Manager positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Expected Activity Levels

  • 50-75 outbound candidate contacts per day
  • 10 phone screens per day
  • Multiple offers and hires each week
  • Management of 25-40 open requisitions simultaneously

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting retail, sales, customer service, or management positions strongly preferred.
  • Strong phone presence and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to source candidates using multiple recruiting channels.
  • Ability to manage a high requisition load while meeting hiring deadlines.
