The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in building a robust talent supply chain by sourcing and recruiting top talent, managing advertising strategies, ensuring employment eligibility, and maintaining strong internal customer relations. This position performs moderate administrative work that involves identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels and recruitment strategies, as well as developing and implementing advertising campaigns to promote job openings and enhance the company’s employer brand. Additionally, the specialist verifies candidate eligibility and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. They also respond to internal inquiries and provide support to hiring managers and other stakeholders, while implementing strategies to retain top talent and reduce turnover.
