This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to our office in Houston, TX (preferred) or within a commutable distance of one of the following district offices: Texas Coast, El Paso, Valley, San Antonio, or Austin.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role focuses on recruiting for early-career positions-including our Sales Management Trainee program and Sales Summer Internship-managing a steady requisition load throughout the year. Candidates must be open to traveling up to 50% during peak campus recruitment seasons (Fall and Spring).
