WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-volume, hands-on role responsible for building strong partnerships across the organization to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, and brings creativity and urgency to solving hiring needs across both corporate and field operations.
This position plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience from first touchpoint through onboarding, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the organization's culture, values, and commitment to excellence.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration with hiring managers, consistent follow-through, creative sourcing strategies, and a bias for action.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needs
Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
Develop and execute creative, proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across corporate and field roles
Continuously improve recruiting processes with a mindset of innovation, efficiency, and candidate experience
Maintain urgency in filling critical roles while balancing quality, compliance, and culture fit
Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and accountability throughout the hiring process
Provide proactive guidance and consultation on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies
Serve as a connector between field operations and corporate teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
Conduct high-quality resume reviews, screenings, and interviews with consistency and professionalism
Ensure timely communication and follow-through with candidates at every stage of the process
Coordinate interviews efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams
Conduct required background screenings in alignment with company policies and compliance standards
Own and coordinate the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through new hire orientation
Ensure all pre-employment steps, screenings, and documentation are completed accurately and on time
Act as a key point of contact for new hires, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and engaging onboarding experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data in the ATS/HRIS systems
Collaborate with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiency
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive work independently with minimal oversight
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Ability to think critically, act with urgency, and solve problems creatively
Experience recruiting in property management, real estate, or construction
Experience with Paycom
