Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Director, the Talent Acquisition Assistant or Specialist will work with the Experienced and Specialized Talent (EAST) recruiting team to support Practice Area (PA) and Inverto recruiting efforts across NAMR offices. This role provides critical leverage to a team of recruiters supporting senior stakeholders and candidates across BCG''s practice areas and specialty businesses, helping to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate recruiting processes, and contribute to the delivery of BCG''s experienced hire talent strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can build and deepen their recruiting expertise over time.

Who You''ll Work With
You'll be joining the Experienced and Specialized Talent (EAST) recruiting team, a dynamic group of recruiters dedicated to bringing top experienced hire talent into BCG. The EAST team recruits client-facing consultants into BCG's full portfolio of Practice Areas and specialty businesses, including Inverto and Platinion. You'll have opportunities to collaborate with the broader EAST recruiting organization, giving you a rich view into BCG's experienced hire talent ecosystem. You'll work closely with PA and Inverto recruiters who will serve as mentors as you grow your skills, and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Director who will provide developmental guidance and support as you grow your career at BCG.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role begins at $70,000 in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $93,000 in our highest cost geography. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
