We have an exciting opportunity with our client for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to make a meaningful impact within a growing, people-focused organization in the agriculture industry!
This isnt your typical recruiting role! Youll combine hands-on, full-cycle recruiting with campus outreach, workforce development, and relationship building. From connecting with students at technical schools to partnering with hiring managers on critical staffing needs, youll play an important role in building a strong talent pipeline for the future.

What Youll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Focus primarily on recruiting Service Technicians, Parts Sales Representatives, interns, and technical students, with occasional recruiting for sales and leadership positions.
- Build relationships with high schools, technical colleges, universities, and workforce development programs.
- Attend career fairs, campus events, trade shows, and other recruiting activities throughout the region.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, community partnerships, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate internship and student recruiting programs, helping create pathways to long-term employment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen employer branding and promote career opportunities.
- Provide an engaging and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What Theyre Looking For
- Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with campus recruiting, student outreach, and building relationships with educational institutions.
- Background recruiting within agriculture, skilled trades, manufacturing, equipment dealerships, or another blue-collar industry preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with students, educators, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region approximately 40% of the time for recruiting events, school visits, and career fairs.
