We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts and help build high-performing teams across the U.S. and Canada. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop effective sourcing strategies, build strong candidate and stakeholder relationships, and deliver a positive, efficient hiring experience.

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has a strong sense of urgency to fill roles quickly.
  • Prioritizes quality of hire without sacrificing efficiency.
  • Is a strong, confident sourcer. This is not a position where you are merely filtering through applications. You are actively sourcing passive and active talent.
  • Can confidently and professionally push back on hiring managers and internal stakeholders when expectations do not align with the market.

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates across technical, sales, professional, and entry-level positions using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements and organizational needs.
  • Lead interview processes, including scheduling, candidate preparation, evaluation criteria, feedback collection, and hiring debriefs.
  • Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition programs, employer branding, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Use talent analytics and market insights to identify opportunities, guide hiring decisions, measure outcomes, and connect talent strategies to business performance.
  • Monitor recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and industry best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies.
  • Support onboarding activities for exempt and non-exempt employees.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including technology or software recruiting.
  • Strong ability to use data and analytics to inform talent decisions, evaluate outcomes, and demonstrate business impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to confidently push back on hiring managers and internal stakeholders when necessary to advise on talent acquisition strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies. Experience implementing or improving an ATS is a plus.
  • Ability to evaluate talent needs strategically and hold stakeholders accountable for effective hiring outcomes.
