A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process
Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates
Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
Coordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR team
Contribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture required
Data Center recruiting experience is a plus
Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or Metaview
Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership
