Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate and support recruiting efforts across multiple departments.
• 
  
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates using a variety of recruiting platforms and networking methods.
• 
  
• Manage job postings, candidate communications, and interview coordination.
• 
  
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• 
  
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• 
  
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR-related experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• 
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
