PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Melbourne, FL for a hybrid one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support a team of recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, interview logistics, and administrative projects. This role supports Talent Acquisition operations in a fast-paced environment and requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Required Skills
• High school diploma with 4+ years of HR, talent acquisition, or relevant administrative/scheduling experience, or associate degree with 2+ years of HR, talent acquisition, or relevant administrative/scheduling experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing support to a diverse customer base.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience managing competing demands while meeting critical deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook with calendar functionality.
• Ability to schedule video, phone, and in-person interviews.
• Ability to coordinate candidate logistics, interview details, and calendar invitations.
• Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities.
• Ability to support projects as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience scheduling interviews for a large organization.

What You’ll Do
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting assistance.
• Schedule candidate interviews for recruiters and hiring teams.
• Coordinate video, phone, and in-person interview logistics.
• Support candidate coordination and travel as needed.
• Create hiring manager calendar invitations.
• Send candidate confirmation emails.
• Provide general Talent Acquisition administrative support.
• Assist with internal audits, data requests, and ad hoc projects.
• Help maintain a professional and organized candidate experience.
