About the Role:Lewis Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Manager Assistant & Student Enrollment Coordinator to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the Lewis Chapel Legacy Christian Academy Learning Management System (LMS) enrollment operations and overall data management. This individual role will be responsible for maintaining digital records, assists families through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate, timely data entry while supporting system functionality and user access. Assisting students in navigating the enrollment process in a faith-based environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage and update student information in the Learning Management System and databases.
- Assist families with student enrollment, reenrollment, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure data integrity.
- Provide technical support to staff and parents using the LMS.
- Support day-to-day office operations and communicate clearly with families and leadership.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for students, staff, and academy programs
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate technical concerns as needed
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic system configurations.
Requirements:- Minimum of an associate's degree.
- Prior experience in administrative support, data entry, or enrollment coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, or school technology preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time role.
