Salary Range: $42-$45 per hour on W2/C2C

We are seeking an experienced System/Automation Tester with strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, and system testing. The ideal candidate will have experience testing web and mobile applications across multiple devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.

The candidate should have strong defect management skills, experience with testing tools like Jira, and hands-on exposure to automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, and UiPath.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end system testing for enterprise applications.
• Validate complete business workflows and ensure application quality across different platforms.
• Execute testing across multiple mobile devices, screen sizes, browsers, and operating systems.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to analyze issues and validate fixes.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and UiPath.
• Support automation initiatives leveraging RPA and AI-driven testing solutions.
• Perform test planning, test case creation, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure applications meet functional, performance, and usability requirements.

Required Technical Skills:

• 6 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / System Testing.
• Strong experience in:

  • Regression Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • System Testing
  • End-to-End Workflow Validation
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications across different devices, OS versions, and screen sizes.
• Experience with Jira for defect tracking and test management.
• Experience with automation testing tools:
  • Selenium
  • Playwright
  • UiPath
• Understanding of AI and Automation testing concepts.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, test methodologies, and defect lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience testing financial services or enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
