167 SUSHI BAR is seeking a full time experienced Sushi Chef
The menu is seafood driven with traditional Japanese cuisine and techniques, with a rotating specials board based on fresh fish and seasonal produce.
Our chefs provide skill and expertise in the sushi field, previous experience as a sushi chef is required. The sushi station is conducted by 2 team members creating nigiri, sashimi, and maki.
167 Sushi Bar receives high quality seafood and the best ingredients. Working with whole fish that is butchered in house, offers the freshest product for the sushi bar.
This is a 24 seat restaurant, in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
167 Sushi Bar is open for Lunch & Dinner
Monday - Saturday, closed Sundays
Full availability is required.
Closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
This position will be a full time as a sushi chef, expected annual gross earnings $60,000 - $73,000.
