Support Analyst

Position Title: Support Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN  (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
 
Role and responsibilities:
As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing application and production support within AM/AE environments. You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues, analyze application logs, and work closely with stakeholders at the client location. Your role will also involve collaborating with offshore teams, managing incidents and changes following ITIL processes, and supporting integration touchpoints.
 
Basic Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in Application / Production Support (AM/AE environments).
• Good understanding of SDLC & ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Background check MANDATORY.

• Hands-on experience in querying databases (SQL preferred).
• Application log analysis.
• Experience working with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, monitoring dashboards.
• Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder handling abilities at client location.
• Ability to work in onsite/offshore collaborative model.
• Familiarity with integration touchpoints (APIs, batch jobs, schedulers).

• Experience in vulnerability management, audit support, or observability/log analytics tooling.
• Exposure to enhancements (AE): requirement clarification, UAT support.
• Knowledge of cloud basics (Azure preferred).
