    Forge Biologics is seeking a dedicated Supply Operations Technician I to join our dynamic team at The Hearth facility in Grove City, OH. This pivotal role supports our supply chain operations by ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of starting materials critical to our manufacturing processes.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute warehouse operations including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping materials and products to meet operational needs.
    • Monitor inventory levels diligently, taking proactive steps to reorder or disposition expired or defective materials.
    • Facilitate the seamless movement of freight and stock between storage and production areas, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
    • Review and prioritize material request orders to ensure timely issuance of supplies to internal departments including Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Regulatory, and more.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, stock revisions, and work documentation-manual or electronic.
    • Inspect stock items for quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate returns or disposal of defective goods.
    • Ensure all storage and handling procedures comply with safety standards, maintaining clean and organized storage areas.
    • Collaborate with internal partners to address warehouse and material issues promptly, supporting overall operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
    • At least 1 year of experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or warehouse functions in regulated or biopharmaceutical environments.
    • Strong proficiency in inventory management and data tracking systems.
    • Ability to lift, push, or pull 50-75 lbs., and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
    • Flexibility to work hours supporting production schedules, including potential work in cold rooms or freezers (-20°C / -80°C).
    • Familiarity with computer systems and applications supporting inventory or supply chain operations.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications for industrial equipment operation (e.g., forklift, order picker).
    • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
    • Background in biopharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
