We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain, Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join an established agricultural products distributor in Fairmont, MN.
In this role, you will coordinate inventory, purchasing, product transfers, and transportation across multiple warehouse and production locations. You’ll work closely with warehouse teams, suppliers, transportation providers, and accounting to maintain accurate inventory, manage orders, and keep products moving efficiently throughout the supply chain.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and inventory management skills are important for success in this role.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment and transfers between warehouse locations
Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers
Coordinate transportation, shipments, and shipping documentation
Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records while resolving invoice discrepancies
Work with warehouse teams, suppliers, and accounting to keep supply chain operations running smoothly
Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
Agriculture Background preferred
Proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing people, working with teams, and collaborating across departments
Salary: $65,000–$68,000 annually, depending on experience
