They are moving suppliers from PeopleSoft to Ariba, converting suppliers from check to ACH, updating supplier records for contract terms, cleaning up supplier data, and preparing for a new intake tool.
Accurately create, maintain, and modify supplier records while helping the team's work through its backlog and increased project volume.
These resources ultimately help ensure suppliers are properly onboarded, maintained, and able to be paid/transact successfully.
Job Duties:
Create and modify supplier/vendor records in Ariba and/or PeopleSoft.
Supplier onboarding and enablement.
Update banking, addresses, payment methods, contract terms, and supplier information.
Support check-to-ACH and PeopleSoft-to-Ariba conversions.
Research discrepancies and perform supplier/data cleanup.
Troubleshoot supplier setup questions and escalations.
Balance BAU supplier requests with project work.
Partner across Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, AP, and the business.
Work independently through a very manual, detail-heavy process.
Required Skills/Experience:
Ariba and/or PeopleSoft experience.
Experience creating/modifying/maintaining supplier or vendor records.
Attention to Detail is critical.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Quick learner who can ramp up quickly.
Strong research/problem-solving ability.
Able to work independently with little oversight.
Strong communication/collaboration skills.
