The Supervisor of Talent Acquisition will lead and enhance PBMares' talent acquisition strategy, including experienced hiring, campus recruiting, onboarding, internship programs, and compensation benchmarking. This role oversees the recruiting team and partners with firm leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting workforce planning and competitive, market-informed hiring practices.

What you will do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced, campus, and strategic positions.
• Develop recruiting, sourcing, workforce planning, and talent pipeline strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop members of the recruiting team.
• Build strong partnerships with firm leaders, hiring managers, universities, candidates, and external partners.
• Lead campus recruiting initiatives, university partnerships, the Campus Champion Program, and support the firm's internship program.
• Develop strategies to strengthen early-career pipelines and increase internship-to-full-time conversions.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring trends, labor market conditions, and pipeline effectiveness.
• Support compensation benchmarking, salary market analysis, job evaluations, and offer development.
• Manage recruiting budgets, vendors, technology platforms, and process improvements.
• Utilize ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting platforms, and approved AI tools to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of progressive talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources experience, including at least two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated capability in full-cycle recruiting, talent pipeline development, stakeholder consultation, recruiting analytics, process improvement, and team leadership.
• Working knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, external benchmarking, and the interpretation of compensation data.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, communicate recommendations clearly, and handle confidential information appropriately.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience leading internship programs, campus recruiting initiatives, university partnerships, or early-career conversion strategies.
• Experience supporting compensation benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluation, or market-informed offer development.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, public accounting, financial services, or a similar environment.
• Professional certification in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, or related discipline.

This position operates in a hybrid professional office environment and requires periodic travel to PBMares offices, colleges and universities, recruiting events, career fairs, conferences, and networking events. Occasional evening or weekend participation may be required.

The salary range for this position is $115,000-$140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs. Placement within the range is at PBMares' discretion and is based on the specific circumstances of each candidate and position. PBMares also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, paid time off, and other employee benefit programs.
