Supervisor, Supply Chain

Pride Health is hiring a  Supply Chain - to support our client's healthcare team in Tampa, FL.

Job Details:
Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm Mon-Fri
Location: Tampa, FL
Contract Length: 23 Week/s
Pay Range: 35.00 - 40.00/HR.
Weekly gross pay is based on a taxable hourly wage and daily lodging and meals & incidentals stipends based on USA GSA guidelines.

Duties: 

• Supervise, coach, and develop frontline Supply Chain team members.
• Manage daily scheduling, attendance, work assignments, and site coverage.
• Oversee inventory replenishment, receiving, requisitions, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and take corrective action when needed.
• Partner with laboratory/hospital teams to resolve supply and inventory issues.
• Ensure compliance with standard work, safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Lead daily team huddles and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate supply risks and operational issues to management.
• Serve as the primary Supply Chain contact for the assigned site.

Requirements: 

• 3 to 5 years in supply chain operations. Experience with lean or visual replenishment systems. Prior healthcare or laboratory environment strongly preferred.
• Frontline team leadership/supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with inventory management, replenishment, receiving, and requisitions.
• Strong experience with team coaching, performance management, and daily operations.
• Ability to monitor KPIs/metrics and drive corrective actions.
• High school diploma/GED required; 3+ years of relevant supply chain leadership experience can substitute.
• Healthcare/hospital/laboratory experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extended standing/walking/material handling.
• Valid driver's license required.
• English required.
