Job Description (Summary)

Directly supervises a frontline team, owns site-level inventory performance, and serves as the primary supply chain contact for lab and hospital partners on site.

Owns end-to-end inventory replenishment and receiving operations at the assigned site.
Partners with laboratory and hospital operations contacts to align on supply needs and resolve exceptions.
Enforces standard work processes across all replenishment, audit, and inventory activities.
Reviews and approves daily requisitions and resolves inventory system exceptions.
Leads daily operations huddles and participates in weekly management reviews.
Owns site supply chain performance metrics, monitors results daily and drives corrective action.
Escalates service risks and operational disruptions with urgency and clear ownership.
Co-facilitates site-level process improvement activities and sustains outcomes.
Maintains visual management standards and site safety and quality compliance.
Serves as the primary supply chain contact on site for all materials and inventory matters.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Routinely lifts up to 50 pounds.
Extended standing, walking, and physical material handling throughout shift.
