Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $20 - $30 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location. We will meet minimum wage and/or any other applicable legal pay requirements based on city, county, and state requirements.

Position Overview

Provide an exemplary customer experience by maintaining efficient and effective support in all store Operations functions as needed, including but not limited to: Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, Cash Office, repairs, and operational administrative duties. To ensure that incoming and outgoing merchandise are processed in an accurate manner according to company regulations and standards. Supervise the Shipping and Receiving department, ensuring that work is processed in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure that incoming merchandise is processed accurately verifying that all shipments arrive secure and complete. Verify that goods received match descriptions on documents. Report any discrepancies.
  • Oversee and ensure that outgoing merchandise is processed accurately, and that documentation is properly completed.
  • Verify that proper documentation accompanies all customer mail-outs, send lip, sales receipt, and tissue.
  • Prepare all outgoing freight to company stores or distribution centers with proper documentation.
  • Responsible for the control and replenishment of supplies and requested by the General Manager.
  • Responsible for maintenance duties as required by the General Manager.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and execute transfer documents, shipping documents, alteration documents, inventory count sheets, UPS documents, sales tickets, invoices etc
  • Knowledge of shrinkage control and Company regulations on how to handle problems and reporting of violation.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
  • Enthusiasm and ability to build and maintain an environment which projects Ralph Lauren's desired elevated image and character
  • Relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately utilizing a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines
