The schedule will vary between days/nights as needed As a Supervisor House Admin, you will serve as Administrator-In-House after hours, weekends and holidays.What You Will Do In This Role:Assists in the provision of supplemental nursing staff to in-patient and other areas.Works with departments within the hospital to ensure appropriate and timely patient placement.Assists staff in obtaining needed supplies and equipment.Utilizes chain of command to address departmental or facility issues.Responds to emergencies on the campus and implements emergency plans for the facility.Interacts with patients, families, staff and physicians to ensure prompt resolution of concerns.Supports hospital mission, vision and goals.Places personal emphasis on customer service.
