Senior SuperintendentAs the Senior Superintendent, you will report into senior construction leadership and take full ownership of an upcoming ground-up development project, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.Lead all on-site construction activities for a large-scale wood-frame projectManage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety performanceDrive project milestones and ensure delivery within budget and timelineCoordinate with project managers, clients, and design teamsMaintain strong site documentation, reporting, and complianceFoster a collaborative, team-oriented site cultureProactively identify and resolve site challenges to keep projects on trackMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
