We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee the execution of healthcare renovation projects within active, occupied healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all field operations, coordinating subcontractors and trade partners, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with contract documents, safety requirements, and quality.

Requirements Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects. Required: Healthcare renovation experience within active/occupied healthcare facilities. Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on complex renovation projects. Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, schedules, and field operations. Experience managing projects in environments with stringent operational and safety requirements. Proficiency with daily reporting, schedule tracking, and project documentation. Experience supporting RFI processes and construction administration activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Strong references from Architects and General Contractors you have worked with.
