Description

We are hiring an experienced Superintendent for a ground-up construction project in South Florida. This is an immediate opening for someone who can lead the work in the field and keep the project moving safely.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
• Direct subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
• Oversee layout, framing, MEP, and finish trades
• Maintain jobsite safety and construction quality

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:
• 8+ years of experience as a construction superintendent
• Experience leading ground-up projects valued at $20 million or more
• Knowledge of building codes and field supervision, preferably with Florida experience
