An established and growing commercial GC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to support continued expansion across Central Florida and beyond.
This is a leadership-level opportunity for a Superintendent with large ground-up commercial experience who wants to play a key role in a company scaling its footprint and client base.

Description
You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with ownership and executive leadership.
$20M+ commercial site developments
$15M+ industrial/specialty facilities (~50,000 SF range)
Additions for repeat entertainment/retail clients
High-end urban restaurant build-outs
This is primarily ground-up commercial construction.
Profile
* 10+ years of on‑site construction experience
* Proven delivery of $20M-$50M ground‑up commercial projects
* Background with a reputable, larger GC strongly preferred
* Stable work history (ideally 2-3 employers over 10 years)
* Strong field leadership skills: site supervision, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination
* Commercial ground‑up experience required (no multifamily)

$130K-$140K base salary
