As their multifamily portfolio continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up apartment developments from site mobilization through final turnover. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile projects while working with a company that values collaboration, quality, and long-term career development.

5+ years leading ground-up multifamily construction projects
Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ preferred
Strong knowledge of podium, wrap, wood-frame, concrete, or mixed-use multifamily construction
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety programs
Experience utilizing Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
OSHA 30 Certification preferred

Job Details

10+ years of multifamily construction experience
Experience leading wrap-style multifamily projects with parking garages and amenity decks
Strong knowledge of Florida construction processes, inspections, and permitting requirements
Experience managing subcontractors, field staff, schedules, and daily site operations
Full construction process experience including walkthroughs, punchouts, closeout
Ability to get ahead of issues and prevent project delays
Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
Ability to coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and production scheduling
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and quality control
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
