Superintendent
The Superintendent reports directly to the Project Manager and serves as the on-site leader responsible for project safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. The successful candidate will oversee all field activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Lead all day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel throughout the construction process
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including weekly two-week look-ahead schedules
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field challenges
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and interactions with local authorities
- Verify layouts, elevations, plumbing, walls, and other critical construction elements to ensure accuracy

For the Superintendent we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, project sequencing, and field execution
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining schedule accountability
- Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality control
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Self-motivated leadership style with the ability to lead and inspire teams
- Detail-oriented approach with exceptional time-management skills
