The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Suites Kitchen Expo Supervisor to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Suites Kitchen Expo Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

$18.00 - $20.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Oversee kitchen push times, ensuring all items are labeled and stored properly
• Assist team members in separating food to be in categorized carts and ready to be executed
• Review FOH notes and sticker production with the culinary team during events
• Ability to communicate and delegate any orders during an event
• Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to

More about you

• Must be able to work the majority of the event schedule
• Knowledge of food and wine preferred
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
