Position: Substitute Teacher
Location: Ethos Early Learning Center, South Boston, MA
Employment Type: On-Call/As-Needed
Certification Required: EEC Teacher Certification

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and routines that support children’s developmental milestones.
- Follow lesson plans and daily schedules left by regular classroom teachers.
- Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and families.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Adapt to various classroom environments and age groups as needed.
Requirements:
- EEC Teacher Certification (Infant/Toddler or Preschool).
- Experience working with children in early childhood settings.
- Strong understanding of child development and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on short notice, as needed.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment for all children.
