Position Overview
The Department of History is seeking friendly, responsible, and service-oriented undergraduate students to join our office staff as Student Office Assistants. Student Office Assistants report to the Office Manager and administrative associate, and they provide essential administrative support to department staff and faculty. In this role, students will primarily staff one of the reception desks in the History suites and will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for faculty, students, and visitors.

Student Office Assistants will gain hands-on experience in an academic office environment and develop valuable professional skills, including customer service, organization, communication, problem-solving, and workplace professionalism.
