Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our Orlando, FL team.
At MRA, no two days are the same. You’ll work on a wide variety of exciting projects—telecommunications facilities (towers, tanks, rooftops, and more), retaining walls, and everything from mid-rise to high-rise concrete structures and multi-family developments. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, technical excellence, and forward-thinking design.
What You’ll Do
Design, analyze, and detail structural systems using steel, masonry, concrete, and wood
Develop construction documents and models using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
Perform structural analysis and modeling using RISA (RISA-3D and related tools)
Lead or support the preparation of proposals, reports, and design concepts
Solve complex engineering challenges with efficient, code-compliant solutions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across Florida
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (PE license preferred)
5 - 12 years of structural design experience in consulting or a related field
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with RISA required; experience with Revit highly preferred
Experience with BIM workflows and 3D structural modeling is a plus
Solid experience applying structural analysis and design principles
US Citizen or Permanent Resident; visa sponsorship is not available
