    Required Experience

    • Experience supporting large-scale platform conversions, core banking migrations, card portfolio conversions, or similar high-risk implementations.

    • Proven command center, cutover, war room, or production go-live experience, including real-time issue tracking and escalation management.

    • Strong program management background with experience coordinating activities across business, operations, technology, vendor, and third-party teams.

    • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, action logs, and executive status reporting in a fast-paced environment.

    Desired Subject Matter Knowledge

    • Understanding of payment card, servicing, or financial services operations.

    • Familiarity with conversion testing, reconciliation, data validation, cutover planning, and hyper care support.

    • Experience supporting go/no-go governance and structured escalation processes.

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

    • Able to quickly synthesize information from multiple teams and identify risks before they become blockers.
