Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Business Execution Consultant / Technical Business Analyst for a contingent resource assignment in Charlotte. This role will support complex business initiatives with broad organizational impact and large-scale planning efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of business execution expertise, technical analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related experience
• Equivalent experience may include consulting, military experience, training, or education
• Strong proficiency in SQL writing and optimization
• Experience analyzing data and technical challenges to drive business solutions
• Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets environments
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced enterprise settings

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution
• Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term business challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including ambiguous or unprecedented situations
• Support resolution of complex business issues while ensuring alignment with internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel and cross-functional stakeholders
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and data validation
• Analyze technical problems, review datasets, and recommend actionable solutions
• Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources to create clear business requirements, standards, and process documentation
• Partner with Product Owners to define and document JIRA features, epics, and user stories for technology teams
• Build and manage features/stories within JIRA based on completed research and analysis
• Provide concise written and verbal updates regarding project status, milestones, and risks
• Escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner
