Client is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support the Employee Document Repository (EDR) product team at the Charlotte CIC location.
The ideal candidate will possess strong testing, analytical, and reporting skills, with hands-on experience using Workday, ServiceNow, SQL Server Management Studio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.
This role requires active participation in Agile ceremonies, test planning and execution, defect management, and release validation activities.
Key responsibilities will include: Quality Assurance and Testing
Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios based on user story acceptance criteria.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
Review and validate test cases with Product Owners and project stakeholders.
Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
Resolve testing ambiguities and ensure adequate test coverage.
Coordinate and execute regression testing for every release.
Required Qualifications:
3 plus years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, and test execution summaries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HR, document management, or enterprise repository applications.
Knowledge of release management and regression testing processes.
Familiarity with test management and reporting methodologies.

In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may:
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

Pay Range: $45- $50
