Requirements
6 years of experience in healthcare or related fields involving problem-solving and program management
2 years of experience leading project teams
Experience in healthcare community investment or partnerships
Provider workforce development or capacity-building experience
Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
Experience developing performance metrics and analyzing outcomes
Proficiency with generic office software
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
Experience managing complex programs from start to finish
Experience drafting investment agreements and program budgets
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience
Health plan, healthcare operations, or healthcare systems knowledge
