We are expanding within the leadership and professional education sector and are looking to connect with experienced professionals who bring strong communication, relationship-building and self-management skills.

This is a remote, independent, performance-based role suited to someone who values flexibility, enjoys working autonomously and is comfortable being responsible for their own results.

Many of the skills needed are highly transferable from backgrounds such as communications, project management, client services, consulting, recruitment, marketing, account management, training or stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work within a structured business model where your activities may include:

• Connecting and communicating with prospective clients
• Conducting one-to-one conversations and information sessions
• Building rapport and developing professional relationships
• Following a structured interview and information process
• Using established digital systems and resources to support daily activities
• Participating in ongoing leadership and professional development
• Managing your own schedule, follow-up and day-to-day activity

What We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have 8+ years of professional experience
• Are a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Have experience working with clients, customers, stakeholders or professional teams
• Are organised and able to work independently
• Are comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Value ongoing learning, leadership and professional growth
• Are open to an independent, performance-based structure.

Previous experience in this sector is not required. Comprehensive training, systems and ongoing support are provided.

It is an independent, performance-based structure where income is generated through results.

It is best suited to experienced professionals looking for greater flexibility and ownership over how they work and what they build.

Applicants must currently reside in and have work authorisation for the United States or Canada.

This is not suitable for students or those that want to stay in a traditional role.
