Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook, preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, shipping and receiving, import/export, logistics, or inventory control environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as Great Plains or similar ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Experience maintaining shipping documents, packing lists, and inventory records beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and material handling processes.
• Knowledge of import/export operations and international shipping documentation preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic components and manufacturing materials is helpful but not required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 40 to 60 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform material handling duties throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Ability to hear warehouse activity and read printed and electronic information accurately.

Job Duties

• Pull materials for production kits, material requests, and customer orders according to established procedures.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outbound materials.
• Package products and materials for export shipments and maintain related shipping documentation.
• Maintain import/export records, packing lists, and Excel spreadsheets to support logistics operations.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and stock location maintenance.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, store, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform required system transactions.
• Support warehouse, logistics, and material handling operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What You Will Do

As a Stockroom Clerk you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
