Stock Associate - San Jose

Inventory & Stock Management

• Efficiently receive, process, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy
• Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time - replenishing the sales floor proactively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-structured stockroom
• Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by the corporate office
• Utilize stock management tools to track and communicate product trends and availability

Store Operations

• Support floor management execution during peak hours and key sales moments
• Uphold visual merchandising standards in line with corporate directives
• Maintain store cleanliness and physical presentation to create a safe, welcoming shopping environment
• Adhere to all loss prevention policies to protect company assets

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect Cider's sales culture and brand values
• Act as a brand ambassador - stay current on new arrivals, product knowledge, and wear the latest merchandise
• Support cash desk operations with engagement, efficiency, and accuracy
• Experience in retail, customer service, and/or inventory management preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Fashion-forward mindset with a passion for the Cider brand
• Adaptable, resourceful, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move boxes; comfortable with physical stock-handling tasks
