Responsibilities:
- Inspecting tools for wear, damage, or residue
- Assembling and wrapping instrument trays for surgery
- Operating steam autoclaves and low-temperature sterilizers
- Maintaining accurate sterilization and inventory logs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of acute care experience, recent travel experience required.
- Candidates must have proficiency in orthopedics, cardiac, and neurosurgery.
- Prefer: Level 1 Trauma facility experience.
- Required Certs: CRCST by IAHCSMM OR CSPDT by the ASHCSP.
- Certification must be current and maintained with CEUs as required.
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Must speak fluent English.
