The Staffing Office plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal allocation of nursing and support staff across all departments.
Staffing Specialist
Part-time, Days
Job Requisition:
A staffing specialist, identifying staffing needs, coordinating with department managers.
This role requires excellent communication, organizational.
The staffing specialist ensures that the hospital is adequately staffed with qualified personnel to maintain efficient and effective patient care.
Review staffing morning and evening and make any changes (pulling, on call, downstaff, etc) necessary to cover the inpatient units.
Take call ins from all medical/surgical, telemetry, and ICU inpatient units as well as other units as needed (emergency department, screeners, other ancillary areas).
Job Requirements:
High School diploma/GED
Medical Office experience preferred
