Monitor staffing needs and assist with coverage solutions across patient care departments. Balance staffing requirements with available resources while maintaining operational efficiency. Support nursing leadership with staffing-related reporting and data analysis. Administrative Support Serve as a central point of contact for staffing and nursing administration inquiries. Answer phones, route calls, and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner. Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize departmental files. Gather and track staffing information and operational data. Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial functions that support Nursing Administration. Data Reporting Review and analyze staffing and scheduling reports. Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation. Utilize scheduling and workforce management systems to support operational decisions. Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required.
