    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Recruit, screen, interview, test, and orient prospective employees and caregivers.
    • Onboard and train new caregivers while ensuring all required documentation is completed.
    • Match caregivers with clients based on client needs, qualifications, schedules, and compatibility.
    • Manage caregiver schedules to ensure all shifts are properly staffed and covered.
    • Fill scheduling gaps using existing staff or by recruiting additional qualified personnel.
    • Monitor staff performance, compliance, timesheets, training, in-services, and required medicals.
    • Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients, prospective clients, and referral sources.
    • Conduct client intake by gathering demographic, medical, treatment, and service information.
    • Interview potential clients to determine their needs, eligibility, staffing requirements, and scheduling needs.
    • Communicate with referral sources and coordinate the transition of clients into home health services.
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
    • Participate in client outreach, cold calling, marketing, and business-development activities.
    • Provide professional front-office support, including greeting clients, caregivers, visitors, and personnel.
    • Maintain accurate personnel and client records, prepare reports and logs, and assist with payroll and time sheet processing.
    • Support daily office operations, including computer accounts, vendors, supplies, file maintenance, office organization, and other assigned administrative duties.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of clerical experience, or college coursework with relevant clerical experience.
    • Knowledge and skills needed to successfully perform the job.
    • Good typing skills with the required typing speed.
    • Good writing skills, demonstrated through a basic writing test.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Good scheduling and organizational skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
    • Ability to recognize and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
