POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for hiring team members, preparing schedules and maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the Health Services department according to state requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1 year of experience in staffing for a senior living community preferred. Experience with an applicant tracking system and scheduling software preferred. Ability to successfully multi-task and effectively prioritize work. Ability to be flexible, organized and detailed-oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
EDUCATION
High School diploma or GED required. Associates’ or Bachelors’ degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
