Market Coverage: Greater Greenville Area (Current volume concentrated in Fountain Inn, SC)
Travel: Approximately 50% (Local client site visits)
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission on Placements
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Staffing Account Manager & Recruiter to join our team. This is a unique role designed for someone who thrives on variety and movement. While our office environment is remote, this is not a "desk job. " You will spend roughly half of your time in the field, providing "white-glove " service to our clients through onsite visits and the other half managing high-volume recruitment from your home office.
The ideal candidate understands the "windshield time " required to properly service a territory. You will be the primary point of contact for our light industrial clients in the Greenville market—specifically focusing on our current high-volume accounts in Fountain Inn—while actively hunting for talent to fill their needs.
