Belmar Integrated Logistics is seeking an experienced Staffing Account Manager & Recruiting Specialist to support our growing staffing operations.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates

• Recruit for warehouse, manufacturing, production, and light-industrial positions

• Manage candidate pipelines and follow-up

• Coordinate applications, onboarding, and job starts

• Partner with clients and operations to fill open positions

• Support hiring events and job fairs

• Build strong candidate and client relationships

• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED

• Staffing, recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience

• Staffing agency experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, motivated, and dependable
