Tesla continues to scale Robotaxi operations at breakneck speed. As autonomous vehicle service expands across new markets, we need individuals who can standardize how the field operates, drive program execution across sites, and turn operational data into clear action. The Project Manager, Robotaxi Operations is strategic, highly organized, and hungry to dive into critical challenges across Robotaxi service and upkeep operations. This role breaks down silos, partners closely with cross-functional teams, and delivers cost-efficient, scalable process improvements that protect fleet availability and accelerate market stand-up. You will own multi-market program delivery, lead implementation strategies, build and maintain operating standards, support new market launches and site readiness, and coordinate continuous improvement across the Robotaxi network. Success requires strategic agility, execution quality, and a relentless focus on operational excellence-building strong partnerships on a foundation of trust.
