Job Summary:
In this strategic role, you will lead the design, implementation, and operational scaling of Client's next-generation partner program, including partner tiering, pricing, incentives, benefits, and commercial frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Data Science, GTM Operations, and Partner Programs to build scalable business processes, governance models, and operational systems that enhance the partner experience and drive ecosystem growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a points-based partner tiering framework.
- Define partner qualification criteria, tier progression rules, attribution logic, and governance policies.
- Build and operationalize partner benefits, incentives, rebates, revenue-sharing, and loyalty programs.
- Design scalable pricing models, commercial frameworks, and partner engagement programs.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate business logic into PRM and CRM platforms.
- Define operational workflows, SOPs, governance processes, and automation requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Revenue teams to ensure incentive governance and regulatory compliance.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure partner performance, tier mobility, incentive adoption, and program success.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Partner Programs, GTM Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and scalable business processes.
- Support pilot programs, phased product launches, and global partner program expansion.
- Contribute to future-state initiatives involving AI-enabled partner scoring and personalized partner experiences.
Must-Have Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Partner Programs, GTM Operations, Channel Strategy, Partner Operations, or Customer Incentive Programs.
- Experience designing and launching partner tiering, loyalty, rewards, or points-based programs.
- Strong understanding of partner commercial models, including reseller, referral, revenue share, rebates, and MDF programs.
- Experience managing partner pricing, incentives, and benefits programs.
- Strong knowledge of operational process design, governance, SOP development, and workflow optimization.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, PRM platforms, Gainsight, Airtable, CRM, or partner management systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and program leadership skills.
- Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics.
- Experience working within enterprise SaaS, cloud technology, platform companies, or financial services environments.
